When Moscow intensified military aggression, US officials and NATO monitor war had warned high civilian casualties in Ukraine, added that Russia was ready to ‘bombard the city to be a submission’, a report said.

A senior Western intelligence official told CNN, “heavier weapons are not only more severe there in weight, they are also heavier in terms of damage they can cause. And they are far more discriminant. So, more victims”

Given his experience with Russian leadership and President Vladimir Putin, he said, “it is a very rude approach. Limun me to judge that they have a completely different standard in respect of human life.”

US officials have also warned changes in the Russian strategy of focusing on military targets to target civilians in an effort to capture the capital of Ukraine Kyiv and bring down the government.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said, “The days will come worse, with more deaths, more suffering, and more destruction, because the Russian armed forces brought heavier weapons and continued their attacks throughout the country.

US Secretary Antony Blinken also said the same thing on Friday. He said, “The Kremlin attack experienced victims who continued to increase in civilians there. Hundreds that are not thousands of Ukrainians have been killed, more injured, such as having other citizens. More than one million refugees have fled to neighboring countries in Ukraine. Millions of people in Ukraine are trapped in increasingly terrible conditions because Russia destroys more critical infrastructure. “
