A housing association in the UK continued to collect rent from tenants when he lay dead in his home for more than two years, an examination had been told. According to the BBC, 58 -year -old Sheila Seleoane must be identified by Gigi’s records after the body of the skeleton was found on the sofa in her flat living room in Peckham in February. Peabody Housing Housing has apologized for what happened. The examination was held to determine the case of the death of Mr. Seleoane.
Post-mortem reports cannot ascertain the cause of MS Seleoane’s death due to the state of his body decomposition. The South Coronary Court of London, where the examination was held, was also told that the woman had Crohn disease and inflammation of the intestine.
Every death is sad. Lying without being detected because of the possibility for two years, difficult to understand in 2022,” Coronary Julian Morris said, when he ended the examination.
This case withdrew publicity because of the duration of unusual time MS Seleoane’s corpse was not disturbed in the residential area, Lord’s Court. The last MS Seleoane was seen alive when he visited a doctor in August 2019.
Independent investigation was also held which slammed the residential community because of his failure to detect that the tenant had died.
Peabody submitted an application to collect rent from the social benefits of the woman after she was left behind on her payment. They also cut their gas supply in June 2020 when they did not get a response during the check, according to The Guardian.
The examination was told that residents had repeatedly contacted the Housing and Police Association about MS Seleoane. The police visited his place twice but miscommunications by the police controller that he had been seen alive and well forwarded to Peabody.
